SalesHive alternatives in 2026: 8 outbound agencies compared
The right SalesHive alternative depends on the work in the quote, including whether you want an appointment setting program, and on whether that vendor prints a price. The eight agencies sit in groups by the job each one is built for. Every price and contract term was taken from that company's own site on October 18, 2026. Be Leaded publishes this page. It is one of the eight. Nobody paid for a place.
What SalesHive sells, in its own words
This is the baseline, not a review. On October 18, 2026, the SalesHive pricing page named three managed SDR plans: Starter, Growth, and Crush. All three are custom quoted. The rate depends on team location (US based SDRs or offshore SDRs), on the channels in the plan, and on daily outreach volume. Starter is phone only. Growth and Crush are phone plus email. The page lists no setup fees. Annual plans carry a lower monthly rate than month to month plans. The buyer approves the playbook and the messaging before the first invoice. After outreach starts, cancellation needs written notice. Outreach and billing both stop when the next billing month closes.
If those terms fit, SalesHive is a reasonable choice. The rest of this page is for buyers whose job is different.

How we compared
Five checks a buyer can verify on a public page. We did not score anyone on reviews or size.
- Whether that company prints a number on its own pricing page.
- Which channels that page names.
- Who the SDRs are, and where the page says they sit.
- The contract and any notice period the page actually states.
- What you are told to approve before launch.
Retainer shapes used across the market are explained on appointment setting pricing. Nothing on that page is a quote from a company named here.
The eight alternatives
SalesRoads
Fits a phone led SDR team with a published price per four weeks.
On October 18, 2026, the SalesRoads pricing page listed one SDR at $11,950 per 4 week engagement and two SDRs at $16,750. It says a team launches in 15 business days. The page prints "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime." Channels listed with the program are calling and email. Check what a 4 week billing cycle means for your budget month.
Leadium
Fits a month to month retainer with a published monthly number.
The Leadium pricing page, read October 18, 2026, says every contract is month to month. The monthly dollar amount is absent from the pricing page itself. The dollars are in Leadium's outbound pricing guide: cold calling only at $3,500 a month, and multichannel work (phone, email, and LinkedIn) at $4,000 to $5,000 a month. The same guide says Leadium holds itself to 30 to 35 active clients. Check that the number in your proposal is the one in the guide.
CIENCE
Fits SDR seats priced line by line, for offshore, Europe, or the US.
On October 18, 2026, the CIENCE pricing page listed a campaign team at $2,000 a month and the graph8 platform at $499 a month. SDR seats start at $1,750 offshore, $2,500 in Europe, or $3,500 in the US, per SDR per month, plus a performance bonus. The page also lists one setup fee and describes the plan as month to month. It says each SDR calls, emails, and messages. Add every line you would buy before comparing CIENCE with a single monthly number.
Be Leaded
Fits email and LinkedIn written for each account, with replies answered and meetings booked. This is position four of eight.
The Be Leaded pricing page, read October 18, 2026, describes a monthly program that includes:
- Inboxes on separate domains, warmed before sending starts
- A contact list that is built and verified first
- Copy written for the market you sell into
- LinkedIn messages timed with the email sequence
- Replies handled until a meeting is on the calendar
- Reporting sent once a week
Programs start from $2,000 a month
Target up to 25,000 new contacts a month
Launch timing on that page is about three weeks, and only after warmup and an approved first sequence. The page also says there is no meeting guarantee.
Where this fits: SalesHive buyers who mainly wanted meetings from email and LinkedIn.
Belkins
Fits packaged yearly appointment tiers.
On October 18, 2026, the Belkins appointment setting page printed an average starter price from $5,000, next to yearly appointment tiers. The Belkins pricing page sorts those tiers and includes cold email and LinkedIn in every tier. This guide does not repeat Belkins' appointment figures. Check how a guaranteed appointment is defined in the contract.
Abstrakt Marketing Group
Fits a published starting range that includes phone, email, and LinkedIn.
On October 18, 2026, the Abstrakt homepage said outbound programs start around $5,000 to $7,000 per month. Services named there include cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting. Contract length is not stated on that homepage. Ask for the term in writing.
Callbox
Fits multi country campaigns run by campaign pods.
On October 18, 2026, the Callbox pricing page estimated $16,000 to $32,000 per pod per month. Each pod is described with one dedicated SDR, a campaign manager, and weekly reporting. Channels on that page are phone, email, LinkedIn, and web retargeting. The Callbox homepage says the company was founded in 2004 and runs campaigns in 60+ countries. The pricing page does not state a minimum term. Ask for it before you sign.
memoryBlue and Operatix
Fits SDR teams focused on B2B software and technology.
On October 18, 2026, the Operatix homepage said "Two leaders in outsourced sales have come together" and described SDR teams for B2B software vendors across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. The memoryBlue site says it works with B2B technology and professional services only. Neither page showed a program price that day. Ask for a quote in writing.

Bring the account list and the offer you are weighing. The 30-minute call is for walking through that plan.
Phone outreach and written outreach
Buyers pick up the phone when the person they need is in a field role, when the sale is short, or when the market is local and a live conversation beats a note that can wait.
Written outreach fits busy executives, technical buyers, and a long list of accounts. An email can sit until they have a free minute, and a LinkedIn note can do the same. That motion is what the cold email agency page describes.
Some teams run both, with callers on one segment and written notes on another. The outsourced SDR team page describes how those teams are hired.
Before your first outreach day
Public threads keep circling the same practical worries: whether the script and the account list were signed off, how notice and the last invoice work, and who steps in if an SDR leaves. A thread in r/salesdevelopment, a thread in r/SaaS, and a public review page are the places those themes showed up in search. The lines below name no company. Finish them before the first call or the first send. A longer set of signing questions is on choosing a cold email agency.
- Approve the call script and the emails in writing.
- Approve the ICP and a sample of 50 accounts.
- Get the notice period and the last billing date in writing.
- Ask who replaces an SDR who leaves, and how fast.
- Ask for call recordings or email threads every week.
- Agree what counts as a qualified meeting.
Run the outreach yourself, or hand it off
Keep outreach inside the company when one teammate can approve the copy, refresh the account file, and answer replies each week. An outside team is the better fit once product and sales staff are already in meetings, and the account file would sit idle without them.
