Appointment setting pricing: what a booked meeting costs

Appointment setting pricing is a monthly retainer, a fee per qualified meeting, a hybrid of the two, or a setup fee plus one of those. Be Leaded programs start at $2,000 a month. A booked meeting costs the fee in the contract when it matches your ICP, is on the calendar, and the person attends.

Appointment setting pricing is what you pay a firm to put sales meetings on your calendar. The cost of appointment setting services is not one public number. It changes with the model, the buyer you want, and the channels the firm runs.

Pay per appointment pricing charges you for the meeting, not for the month. How much a booked meeting costs still depends on the definition in the contract. A positive reply is cheaper to produce than a meeting that fits your ICP and is attended. The definition is on the best meeting booking company guide. How a retainer is built is on the cold email agency pricing guide. How the work runs is on B2B appointment setting.

Four ways firms price appointment setting

Monthly retainer

You pay a fixed fee each month for a defined program. The fee should cover the list, the sending domains, the copy, reply handling, and the booking. If domains, data, or replies are extra, the monthly number is not the real cost.

Be Leaded monthly programs start at $2,000 a month. Sending domains, inboxes, warmup, list building, verification, sequences, reply handling, and weekly reporting are included. The exact number comes after a 30-minute call. How Be Leaded prices is on the pricing page.

Pay per qualified meeting

You pay when a meeting matches a definition agreed in writing before launch. That is pay per appointment pricing when the appointment is the unit you buy.

Cleverly points cold email to a pay per meeting ready lead model and does not list a dollar price for it. Checked October 1, 2026.

Hybrid

A hybrid is a retainer plus a fee when a meeting qualifies, or a flat fee plus a commission. You pay for the team to stay on the account, and you pay again for a result.

Martal Group higher tiers are a flat fee per month plus a sales commission. That commission is for closing, not only for a meeting on a calendar. Checked October 1, 2026.

Setup fees

A setup fee is a one time charge before the monthly work starts. It often covers domains, data, or a system. It is not the retainer.

CIENCE lists a one time GTM System Setup at $5,000, and a $1,000 one time fee per SDR, separate from monthly execution. Checked October 1, 2026. Add the setup line to the first month before you compare two proposals.

What drives the cost

Three things move the price more than the logo on the proposal.

ICP difficulty. A narrow list of buyers who are hard to reach takes more research and more attempts than a broad list. Market size also changes how many inboxes it takes to reach them at a safe pace.

Channel mix. Email on separate sending domains is a different program from email plus LinkedIn, calling, and ads. Belkins lists cold email, LinkedIn, calling, messenger, and paid advertising inside packaged tiers. SalesRoads includes calling in the base program. Cleverly publishes prices for LinkedIn plans. The mix is part of the fee. Where a firm bills ad spend and voice minutes at cost, those sit on top of the fee. Be Leaded bills ad spend to the platform and voice minutes at cost.

Qualification bar. Agree three tests before you compare a per meeting price. ICP fit means the title, company, and problem match the definition you agreed before launch. Booked means a real time is on your calendar, with context. Attended means the person shows up, and the contract says who owns a no show. A looser bar produces a lower unit cost and a weaker meeting. Be Leaded does not promise a meeting count before looking at the market.

Belkins

Best for packaged appointment volume, if you will confirm a starter Belkins lists from $5,000.

On October 1, 2026, the Belkins appointment setting page listed an average starter price from $5,000, with 1,500 leads a month, three outreach channels, and 100 guaranteed appointments a year (belkins.io/appointment-setting). Structured data on that page lists a minimum price of $8,000, so the visible starter and the schema do not match. The pricing page describes retainers by yearly appointments: 30 or more for the small business package, 100 or more for Growth, and 200 or more for Growth Plus, plus an Enterprise tier. It does not publish dollar prices (belkins.io/pricing). A yearly appointment count is not the same product as a meeting that must fit, be booked, and be attended.

CIENCE

Best for a GTM system plus optional SDR seats.

On October 1, 2026, the CIENCE pricing page listed a one time GTM System Setup at $5,000, strategic execution at $2,000 a month, and a graph8 platform license at $499 a month. It also listed a first month at $7,499 for setup plus team plus platform, with SDR capacity quoted separately, and a $1,000 one time fee per SDR (cience.com/pricing). The homepage says managed SDR and campaigns from $5,600 a month (cience.com). The SDR services terms say the initial term is twelve months unless the order form says otherwise (SDR services terms). Add the lines you are buying before you compare CIENCE with one meeting fee.

Martal Group

Best for a fractional sales team that can run discovery and, on higher tiers, closing.

Martal Group does not publish a dollar retainer. Checked October 1, 2026 (martal.ca/pricing). Tier 1 outbound lead generation is a flat fee per month, with a 3 month pilot, then a monthly subscription. Tiers 2 and 3 are a flat fee per month plus a sales commission, with a 4 month pilot. Clutch lists Martal Group at $25 to $49 an hour and a minimum project size of $1,000 or more (Clutch). That Clutch band is a directory figure, not a quote. Ask Martal for the current fee.

Leadium

Best for a month to month retainer and no appointment count guarantee.

Leadium pricing says contracts are month to month, that appointment setting typically launches in 7 to 10 days, and that Leadium does not guarantee appointment outcomes (leadium.com/pricing). That page does not list a dollar price. The Leadium outbound pricing guide lists $3,500 a month for cold calling only and $4,000 to $5,000 a month for calling, email, and LinkedIn (Leadium outbound pricing guide).

Cleverly

Best for LinkedIn plans from $397 a month.

Cleverly FAQ says lead generation plans range from $397 a month to $997 a month. The same FAQ points cold email to a pay per meeting ready lead model and does not list a dollar price for it (cleverly.co/faq). The LinkedIn pricing page shows three plans at $397, $697, and $997 a month (Cleverly LinkedIn pricing). Treat the published dollars as LinkedIn plans unless a call prices email.

SalesRoads

Best for a dedicated sales floor, billed every four weeks.

SalesRoads lists one SDR at $11,950 per four weeks, two SDRs at $16,750 per four weeks, and three SDRs at $23,500 per four weeks (salesroads.com/pricing). The program includes calling, personalized email, and email infrastructure on multiple domains and mailboxes. You can cancel at any time. A team launches in 15 business days, with calling on the 16th business day. SalesRoads prices a team, not a single meeting. One SDR at $11,950 per four weeks is a different product from a $2,000 monthly program.

Be Leaded

Best for outbound and qualified meetings from $2,000 a month.

Be Leaded (beleaded.com) is a New York B2B outbound agency founded by Ahmad Khan, at 522W 136th Street, New York, NY. Programs start at $2,000 a month (pricing). Most programs go live in about three weeks. Cold email goes out on separate sending domains with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. You approve sequences before they send. Replies are handled the same business day, and qualified meetings land on your calendar. The exact fee comes after a 30-minute call. Be Leaded does not promise a meeting count before looking at the market.

Disclosure: Be Leaded publishes this page. The work is described on B2B appointment setting. This is the wrong fit if you want a dedicated dialing floor or a LinkedIn only plan under $1,000.

How to compare two proposals

Write the meeting definition first. Then ask four questions.

  • Are domains, data, and reply handling inside the monthly fee?
  • Is there a setup fee, and is it in the first month total?
  • Does a no show still count as a booked meeting?
  • Which channels are in the fee, and which are billed on top?

If the choice is Be Leaded, start with B2B appointment setting and pricing.

FAQ

How much does appointment setting cost?

Appointment setting is priced as a monthly retainer, a fee per qualified meeting, a hybrid of the two, or a setup fee plus one of those. Be Leaded programs start at $2,000 a month. You get an exact number after a 30-minute call.

What is pay per appointment pricing?

You pay for appointments that match a definition agreed in writing before launch. Cleverly points cold email to a pay per meeting ready lead model and does not list a dollar price for it.

How much does a booked meeting cost?

There is no single public price for one booked meeting. The cost depends on the pricing model and on whether the contract requires ICP fit, a time on the calendar, and attendance. Be Leaded starts at $2,000 a month.

What should the appointment setting fee include?

The list, separate sending domains, copy you approve, reply handling, and the booking. At Be Leaded, cold email goes out on separate sending domains, most programs go live in about three weeks, and qualified meetings land on your calendar.

What drives the cost of appointment setting?

ICP difficulty, the channel mix, and the qualification bar. A meeting that only has to be booked costs less to produce than a meeting that must fit your ICP and be attended. Agree those tests in writing before you compare prices.
