How Callbox prices a campaign pod

This is the baseline the other ten sit next to. On the Callbox pricing page, read October 18, 2026, the price is set by campaign pod. The page describes a pod as a dedicated outreach unit pointed at one market segment or persona, and it says further pods are how you cover more segments. The printed estimate is $16,000 to $32,000 a month for one pod. The same screen says the exact price follows a consultation.

One pod, as that page lists it, comes with a single dedicated SDR, a multichannel cadence, AI enriched contact data, campaign manager oversight, and weekly reporting. Tools named there include Callbox's own CRM, LinkedIn outreach automation, and email deliverability infrastructure. The pod writeup names four ways to reach people: phone, email, LinkedIn, and web retargeting. Callbox's homepage dates the company to 2004 and says the work runs in 60+ countries. A minimum contract length is not written on that pricing screen.

How we compared

Five checks. Each one was read on that firm's public site on October 18, 2026. This is not a quality score, a review average, or a paid slot.

  • The price that site prints, and the date we read it.
  • The unit of billing: a pod, an SDR, a month, or four weeks.
  • The channels that page names.
  • The contract, pilot, or notice language the page actually states.
  • Whether the page says you approve copy before anything launches.

The ten companies

Belkins

Grouped here for packaged yearly appointment tiers that include email and LinkedIn in every tier.

Opened on October 18, 2026, Belkins shows an average starter price from $5,000 on its appointment setting page. The Belkins pricing page sorts the offer into yearly appointment tiers, with intent based cold calling included only on the higher tiers. Cold email and LinkedIn are marked included on each tier. Ask Belkins how a guaranteed appointment is defined before you treat a tier as a like for like buy.

CIENCE

The reason it is in this list is a menu of SDR seats, each priced on its own, for offshore teams, Europe, or the US.

CIENCE's pricing page, opened October 18, 2026, shows the campaign team at $2,000 monthly and graph8 at $499 monthly. Seat floors printed there are $1,750 for offshore, $2,500 across Europe, and $3,500 for a US seat, each monthly, plus a bonus once the seat hits its target. One setup charge is listed, and the term on that screen is month to month. It also says each rep calls, sends email, and sends messages, and that setup covers email, phone, and LinkedIn. Total every row you would actually purchase before you hold that menu next to one monthly figure.

SalesRoads

Placed here because the offer is a calling desk with a rate printed for every four-week block.

The SalesRoads pricing page was opened on October 18, 2026, and it prints $11,950 for a single representative on a four-week engagement and $16,750 when that engagement staffs two. A team, that screen says, is live after 15 business days, and the buyer can stop at any time. Channels marked on the program are outbound calling and email written for the person. A four-week bill and a calendar month do not end together, so match them before you compare a monthly retainer.

SalesHive

Grouped here for custom quoted SDR teams, US based or offshore, on month to month terms.

The SalesHive pricing page was checked on October 18, 2026. It names three managed tiers, Starter, Growth, and Crush, and none of them prints a dollar. The quote uses three inputs that screen names: where the reps sit, in the US or offshore, which channels are in the plan, and how many people they reach in a day. Phone is the only channel on Starter. Growth and Crush put email on top of phone. No setup fee is listed. Once outreach has started, ending a month to month agreement takes written notice, and sending plus invoicing both finish at the end of the following billing month. Before any invoice, the buyer signs off on both the playbook and the wording.

Be Leaded

Grouped here for email and LinkedIn programs with replies handled and meetings booked as appointment setting, from a published monthly price. This is position five of ten.

On October 18, 2026, the Be Leaded pricing page lays out a monthly program covering domains for sending, inboxes, warmup, building and checking the list, the sequences, LinkedIn run beside email, replies carried through to a booking, and a report every week. That page sets the start near three weeks, once warmup is finished and the buyer has approved the opening sequence.

Programs start from $2,000 a month.

Target up to 25,000 new contacts a month.

Where that published program sits: teams that want a smaller lead generation services program than a full pod, with email and LinkedIn listed on the pricing page.

Leadium

Grouped here for a published month to month retainer.

From the October 18, 2026 read of Leadium, the pricing page commits buyers only one month at a time. The monthly dollars are not on that pricing page. The dollars sit in Leadium's outbound pricing guide, which puts cold calling on its own at $3,500 monthly and the multichannel mix at $4,000 to $5,000 monthly. The same guide describes outbound contact as phone, email, and LinkedIn. Confirm the number in your proposal matches the guide.

Martal Group

Grouped here for a fractional sales team that starts with a pilot.

Opened October 18, 2026, the Martal Group pricing page prints "Inquire about pricing." The first tier, outbound lead generation, bills a flat fee each month once a 3 month pilot ends. Higher tiers add a sales commission, and those open with a pilot of 4 months. Scope written there includes email, LinkedIn, and calls. The page does not print a dollar retainer. Ask Martal for the current fee in writing.

memoryBlue

Grouped here for outsourced sales development sold to B2B technology and professional services firms.

On October 18, 2026, memoryBlue's homepage said the firm works exclusively with B2B technology and professional services companies. The same site's cost calculator compares hiring SDRs in house with an outsourced SDR service, and it does not print a program fee.

Operatix

Grouped here for sales development teams built for B2B software vendors.

Operatix's homepage, opened October 18, 2026, said two leaders in outsourced sales had joined forces. Coverage named on that homepage runs across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, for B2B software vendors. Its pricing page is an ROI calculator and does not print a program fee.

Sopro

Grouped here for managed prospecting from a UK registered company, with email, LinkedIn, and display ads.

Checked October 18, 2026, the Sopro pricing page states there is no minimum contract. The published starting price is around £3K per month. Channels listed on that page are email, LinkedIn, display ads (AdSync), gifting, and intent tracking. The page identifies Sopro as a trading brand of Prospect Global Ltd, a UK registered company.

Questions to ask any Callbox competitor

Buyers who are pricing a pod keep circling the same practical checks. Ask them of every company on this page, including Callbox, before the first send.

  • Where are the people who actually do the outreach based?
  • Do you approve the copy and the call script before anything goes out?
  • What is the minimum term, and what notice ends the contract?
  • Who owns the contact lists and the CRM records after you leave?
  • How are no shows handled, and does a missed meeting still count toward the fee?

Public threads keep returning to the same two themes, without a number this page will repeat. In r/salesdevelopment, the thread titled "Anyone using Outsourced SDR companies" turns on how tight the ICP and the messaging are. In r/sales, the thread titled "Outsourced Lead Gen" turns on measuring held meetings and pipeline rather than activity. Those are themes from the threads, not quotations.

Questions

Who are Callbox's main competitors?

This comparison covers ten companies that sell managed outbound to B2B teams: Belkins, CIENCE, SalesRoads, SalesHive, Be Leaded, Leadium, Martal Group, memoryBlue, Operatix, and Sopro. Each one bills differently, so compare the unit of billing first.

How much does Callbox cost?

Callbox's pricing page estimates $16,000 to $32,000 a month for one campaign pod and gives the exact price after a consultation. Inside that estimate, one SDR is dedicated to the pod, a manager oversees the campaign, and a report goes out each week.

What is a Callbox campaign pod?

Callbox describes a pod as a dedicated outreach unit aimed at one market segment or persona. You add pods to cover more segments.

Which Callbox alternatives cost less per month?

On their own sites on October 18, 2026, Be Leaded starts from $2,000 a month, Leadium lists $3,500 to $5,000, Sopro shows around £3K per month, and Belkins lists a starter price from $5,000. Scope differs, so compare what is included. Retainer shapes are laid out on the appointment setting pricing page.

How do I compare contract terms and reporting across these vendors?

Put the minimum term, the notice period, and the billing unit on one sheet for every company you are still pricing. Then ask what the weekly report actually contains, and whether you can read the underlying records, not only a summary. Those two checks sit next to the price, because a short contract with a thin report is a different buy from a longer term with a full record.

What should I ask before leaving Callbox?

Ask for your contact lists, CRM records and email threads in a format you can import, confirm your notice period, and make sure the new vendor sends from its own domains so your company domain is not exposed.
