Engagements

M&A advisory and business brokerage

Off-market owner outreach for sell-side advisors

Owner researchEmailLinkedInReply screening

The brief

Advisors and brokers wanted more owner conversations than referrals could supply, without a single email that would embarrass the firm in front of an owner.

What we built

Owner lists researched to each mandate's industry, geography and size range. Outreach in the firm's voice by email and LinkedIn, from domains tied to its brand. Replies screened for intent before anything reached an advisor's calendar.

Where it landed

Off-market sourcing for advisors and brokers is the largest category of work we've delivered, and the reason we run it as its own program.

Software for countertop fabricators

LinkedIn outreach to US fabricators, plus audience newsletters

List buildingLinkedInNewsletters

The brief

Put a new kind of measuring software in front of owners and operations leads at countertop fabrication shops across the US.

What we built

A 2,000-contact prospect list filtered from a much larger raw export, with distributors, tool suppliers and cabinet-only shops removed and only decision-makers kept. LinkedIn sequences across three audiences: stone fabricators, CAD drafters and designers, and virtual tour providers. A separate newsletter for each audience.

Where it landed

An ongoing monthly retainer, with outreach running across all three audiences.

Outbound infrastructure

Scaling outbound from 50,000 to 400,000 emails a day

InfrastructureDeliverabilityVolume

The brief

Grow daily sending volume eightfold without losing the inbox.

What we built

Multi-domain sending infrastructure across Google Workspace and Microsoft inboxes, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain, staged warmup, and bounce and suppression management at scale.

Where it landed

Deliverability rose from about 88% to 99% or better as volume grew. Open rates held around 49%, response rates ran at 2% to 3%, and replies were worked through to booked demos.

Investor outreach for a $2.5M raise

Investor listEmailLinkedIn

The brief

Put a measuring-software company in front of investors who back industrial and construction technology, without the founder spending his weeks on research.

What we built

A list of about 1,300 investor contacts matched to stage and sector, a first email through the newsletter platform, a threaded cold email sequence behind it, and LinkedIn outreach from the founder's own profile pointed at a call with him.

Where it landed

Investor conversations booked directly with the founder while the product team kept shipping.

HR and project management software

PositioningCold emailSegments

Where it landed

Outbound running with a clear first market, and a second sequence ready for the next.

Advertising agency, Arizona

Outbound for an ad agency's own new business

Cold emailList buildingWhite label

Where it landed

First conversations with new accounts from a channel the agency had never run before.

How we report results

Numbers you can check.

Every client gets the same weekly report: what was sent, what bounced, who replied and which meetings were booked. We publish a figure here only when we can stand behind it, and we never name a client without their agreement.

  • Sends, bounces, replies and meetings every week
  • Every reply visible to you, in full
  • Open rates reported with a caveat, because privacy features inflate them
  • No invented testimonials and no borrowed client logos

Tell us who you want to meet.

Thirty minutes with the founder. You'll leave with a clear picture of your market, what a campaign would look like and what it would cost.
