This policy explains how Be Leaded ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website, from people who contact us, and in the outreach, newsletter and SMS programs we run for ourselves and for our clients. Questions go to sales@beleaded.com.
This website
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn't ask you to create an account. When a page loads, fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details under Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, pages requested and time of request, for security and reliability.
When you contact us or book a call
If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, company and anything you choose to share. Calls are booked through Calendly, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy. We use this information to reply, prepare for the call and, if we work together, deliver our services.
Business contact information used in outreach
We run business-to-business outreach for Be Leaded and for our clients. For this we use business contact information, such as name, job title, company, work email address, work phone number and professional profile URL, obtained from commercial data providers and public sources. We use it to contact people about products and services relevant to their role.
- Every email identifies the sender, includes a postal address and gives a clear way to opt out.
- Opt-outs are honored right away and kept on a suppression list so you aren't contacted again.
- When we contact you on behalf of a client, your reply and any meeting you book are shared with that client.
SMS
We send text messages only to people who have given consent, for example on a client's form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Newsletters
Newsletters we send, for ourselves or for clients, include an unsubscribe link in every issue. Unsubscribing takes effect right away.
How information is shared
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email, CRM, data verification, scheduling and hosting providers, with clients as described above, and where the law requires it.
Legal bases for people in the EU and UK
We rely on legitimate interests for business outreach, on contract when we provide services to a client, and on consent for SMS and for newsletters where consent is required.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Suppression lists are kept for as long as we run outreach, so that opt-outs keep working.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of outreach at any time by replying to any email or writing to sales@beleaded.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how it's used. Send the request to the same address and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell affected people if a breach requires it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
